Returns & Shipping believes in fair trade and will do everything to assist its customers to the farthest possible extent. We have an easy cancellation, return and refund policy. To understand it better, please refer to sections below.

Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled under following situations, by customer:
- Order placed by mistake
- Items in the Order are no longer needed
– Order is yet to be shipped

An order can be cancelled under following situations, by
– COD Order remains unconfirmed due to no response from customer during validation (before dispatch)
– Items in an order have gone out of stock
– Order seems fraudulent

Once the order has been processed and dispatched, order cancellation requests cannot be initiated. This is only because may not have control over the logistics services at various checkpoints. Any order if dispatched, will be attempted to be delivered to customer (which customer can reject).

Every dispatched order, if rejected, results in RTO (Return to Origin), which is incurs a significant cost to We therefore encourage all customers to reject an order delivery with thoughtfulness.

Also, order cancellation requests must be placed within 24 hours of order placement. Reason: Upon order confirmation, it takes about 24 hours to process and dispatch an order. We therefore usually dispatch all confirmed orders the same day, provided they are confirmed before cut-off time (1:00 PM IST). Orders that confirm after 1:00 PM IST are dispatched the next working day.

– Our order processing team takes off on Sunday (and National holidays), and hence the orders that confirm after 1:00 PM IST on a day before an off day, are processed for dispatch the next working day.
– There is no cancellation fee for all cancellations done within 24 hours of order placement.
– Order cancellation does not apply to orders with express shipment request.


Return Policy follows 7-days easy return policy on all the products, except where categorically mentioned otherwise.

Product(s) can be returned within 7-days from the date of delivery, if:
– Product arrived is in damaged condition
– Wrong product delivered

Every product that is to be returned must first:
– Reach back our warehouse
– Arrive in good condition (unless where it was delivered in damaged or DOA/defective condition)
– Go through inspection process by our experts at warehouse

If the seal of the product has been voided (opened) and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable. Inspection at our warehouse will suggest if your returned product(s) shall be eligible for refund. (Please refer to Refund policies section)

Replacement Clause: Every damaged, DOA, or defective product is eligible for a free replacement by, should a customer choose replacement over refund.


Refund Policy

Refund is applicable (eligible) if:
– Order was Cancelled (within 24 hours), and was not dispatched yet
– Order was Returned to our warehouse, and has passed inspection

We endeavor to initiate an eligible refund within 3-4 business days. Further, it may take additional 7-10 working days for the banks to process the return initiated.

If the payment was made through our payment gateway, then it will be refunded in same account. In case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders, refunds will be processed only in buyers bank account with NEFT/RTGS. Refunds in any case usually take a working week to reflect in bank account. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

You will be notified when refund has been initiated by us, with transaction reference number. In case of any refund discrepancies, we may request you to share with us your bank statement and/or follow up with your bank.

Shipping Policy

Deliveries will be made for confirmed orders whereby the customer has opted for the orders to be delivered. For Deliveries, the customer will be asked to enter the address, contact number and other details relevant to delivery. The delivery will be made in accordance around with the date and time slot chosen by the customer. The customer has to ensure the correctness of the data provided in all respects. Angroos will be solely relying on the delivery information provided by the customer or the Website. The deliveries can be made by any of the following parties – Angroos, Product partners or logistics partners of the Angroos. The delivery charges levied depend on the location and time of the final delivery and the nature of the products bought. We try our best to deliver the dispatched products directly to your doorstep but in some rare cases, you may have to collect it from the nearest courier service for better convenience. Although hindering factors like bad weather or the pandemic that are beyond our control can cause a delay in delivery, we take maximum effort to get your products delivered with minimum disruption.
