To celebrate Dussehra at home, start by decorating your house with colorful rangoli designs and marigold flowers. Set up a small shrine with idols of Lord Rama and Goddess Durga. Light oil lamps and incense sticks. Perform aarti (prayer) in the evening. You can also watch or narrate the Ramayana epic and the story of Durga’s victory over evil. Finally, exchange gifts and sweets with family and friends to spread joy and happiness.
